Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts, establishing clear workflows and high-quality work standards.
- Financial Stewardship: Control expenses for all janitorial operations, review job costs, and make real-time adjustments to meet budget compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, orientation, and training of supervisory and support personnel. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
- Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations and proactively troubleshooting any issues.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements while maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within facilities, janitorial, or hospitality management.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to forecast productivity, staffing needs, and budgets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing teams, with a solid understanding of HR policies and safety administration.
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and provide professional feedback.
