Key Responsibilities
- Sell HVAC systems and electrical services to residential clients with a focus on quality, performance, and value.
- Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and propose customized solutions.
- Create detailed, accurate estimates for HVAC installations, upgrades, and electrical work.
- Present proposals in a clear and confident manner to gain client trust and close sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and manufacturer specifications.
- Follow up with prospects, track sales activity, and manage pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with install teams to ensure sold projects are delivered as promised.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on both HVAC and basic residential electrical systems.
- Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a strong referral base.
- Proven sales experience in residential HVAC systems (required).
- Electrical knowledge and ability to quote electrical services (preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret job specifications.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and digital tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- Compensation & Retirement:
