Our large law firm client is seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to support marketing and client engagement strategies across multiple practice areas, including Real Estate, Sports, Tax, Trusts & Estates, and related sectors.
This role will be 4-5 days in office to start, then move to 3 days once properly trained.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized client materials such as proposals, presentations, and case studies that highlight relevant expertise and past successes.
- Assist with industry rankings, legal directory submissions, and benchmarking reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
- Track and update practice area accomplishments, client outreach, and news in internal databases and CRM systems.
- Review and finalize marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Help coordinate internal and external events by working with event planners and marketing staff.
- Keep lawyer biographies and practice descriptions updated across various platforms.
- Partner with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital, social media, and internal channels.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities (a writing assessment may be required).
- Familiarity with legal or financial terminology and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database platforms; experience with tools like Dynamics or SharePoint is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a law firm, corporate, or consulting environment, with direct interaction at the executive level.

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
