Job location: Maple Shade, NJ
Successful independent insurance brokerage located in Maple Shade, NJ is seeking to add a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to an expanding, professional team. Duties: retention of existing accounts - provide day to day in-house customer service to clients as assigned. Work to provide insurance solutions that will enhance client’s insurance programs. Help analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.

- At least 2-5 years’ experience with Commercial Lines – mid market experience preferred
- Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
- Current Property & Casualty License
- Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
- Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
