Direct Placement Recruiter – Finance and Accounting
The Judge Group is looking for a Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a direct hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.

- Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
- Identify new business and develop relationships key client hiring managers and senior executives
- Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
- Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
- Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years of in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
- Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment preferred but not required
- Accounting & Finance, HR & Marketing, Food, Beverage or CPG, Retail, Industrial and/or Consumer Products staffing experience preferred but not required
- Proven sales track record – Account Manager / Business Development
- Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
