Responsibilities
- Engage in training sessions to understand real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support seasoned agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Learn to conduct market research and analyze property values accurately.
- Observe senior agents during negotiations and transactions to gain practical experience.
- Work with team members to create effective marketing strategies for properties.
- Master the preparation of contracts, listing agreements, and other essential documents.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, new developments, and industry innovations.
- Host two open houses each month.
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
- Join weekly script practice sessions as per team standards.
- Participate in team activities according to team standards.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
Qualifications
