We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role will support 2 VPs and 1 director. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities
- Proactive management of heavy and complex calendars and scheduling to support teams based on a thorough understanding of business priorities
- Travel coordination and arrangements
- Organize offsite meetings
- Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other Executive Assistants and business partners
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work streams while remaining calm and composed
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure schedule is followed and appropriately prioritized, informing of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment
- Be trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders
- Be approachable and eager to provide counsel and direction to team members/peers
- Provide support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public
- Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
- Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others
- Handle confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures
- May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff
- Use discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities
- BA/BS preferred
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google workplace, ZOOM, and Slack. Concur a plus
- Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical.
- Strong communication skills in working with stakeholders
- Flexible and ability to anticipate needs and stay connected with the DIRs
