Contracts Analyst

A growing company is seeking a skilled Contracts Analyst to join its Commercial Legal Team and support revenue generation by collaborating with the global sales team. This hybrid role sit out of the Boston Financial District office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycles, including review, negotiation, and execution.
• Draft and analyze agreements (MSAs, SaaS contracts, NDAs) and identify risks.
• Support internal teams with contract-related questions and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract databases and enforce policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of contract management in a SaaS or tech company.
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and legal risk assessment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with tools like DocuSign, Salesforce, and Slack.
