Mentors aspiring student entrepreneurs, connects them with the greater entrepreneurial community and resources, and provide tools, training and inspiration to advance their entrepreneurial journey through experiential education.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates outreach efforts to increase awareness of entrepreneurship programs and opportunities among students. Represents the Crews Center for Entrepreneurship at campus events, orientations, and student organization meetings. Collaborates with student groups and campus partners to co-host workshops, competitions, and networking events.

Stays informed of trends in entrepreneurship education and campus engagement to inform new initiatives.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with University of Memphis students, faculty, and campus departments to promote entrepreneurship programs and initiatives.

Oversees day-to-day operations of the Crews Center for Entrepreneurship including co-working areas, labs, and event spaces. Manages scheduling and usage of shared facilities, ensuring efficient use and maintenance. Coordinates with university facilities staff for repairs, safety, and compliance with campus regulations. Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies; procure new items as needed within budget constraints. Ensures that CCE facilities are accessible, welcoming, and conducive to collaboration and innovation.

Tracks key metrics and evaluate program outcomes. Maintains accurate records of participation, program metrics, and engagement statistics. Supports grant applications, sponsorships, and fundraising activities with data and program documentation.
