Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Complete tasks related to the general ledger, including reconciling various accounts and analysis
- Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- File Sales and Use Tax reports
- Support general office administration
- Assist with maintaining compliance and organization of financial records
- Provide support to the company accountant
Qualifications
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
