What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Custodian position at Tresco, Inc.?
OJECTIVE OF POSITION: Under supervision perform quality building custodial
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Clean restrooms, replace all paper and soap products as needed
- Sweep and wet mop all tile floors
- Clean entrance ways windows (interior and exterior) and building windows
- Empty trash and replace liner in all trash cans
- Clean office glass as needed, dust all areas as needed
- Perform high dusting monthly to include all window blinds
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, and all other cleaning duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Individual must possess willingness to learn and successfully perform tasks related to custodian positions. Ability to secure and maintain a clearance
Pay Range: $15.75
Hours: Monday 8am-1pm, Wednesday 10 AM- 2 PM, Friday- ADS- 9AM- 2 PM
1 Tuesday a month JPT carwash.
