**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
with rotating weekends
Patient Ratios : 1:2 (sometimes 3 if they are step down patients or Peds patients)
Scheduling requirements: schedule 1 month at a time
· Floating policy: will float to other units if PICU is low census
· Weekend Requirement: 50% weekends depending on needs
· Patient Experience requirements: looking for previous PICU experience, trauma & burn preferred
Advanced skills needed: experience with ventilators, high flow, chest tubes, IV placement, experience with central lines, urinary catheter placement, NG placement, trach care
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs, can wear a pediatric friendly top
Maximum days off: 10 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
