Essential Job Functions:
- Successful completion of Lift Op Level I Training and Test.
- Responsible for CPTSB and ANSI compliance at all lift stations.
- Responsible for maze set-up, scanning efficiency, accuracy and lift station professionalism.
- Addresses all employee issues concerning training, coaching and appraisals.
- Assists in interviewing, hiring, and exit interviews.
- Encourages a safety culture throughout work areas and guest service areas.
- Supervise up to 20 crew members.
- Works within the budget guidelines and works towards fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications:
- At least one season of experience as a lift operator at Keystone Resort
- Successful completion of Lift Op Level I Training and Test.
- This is a combined sitting and standing/walking position for up to 8 hours each.
- May lift up to 100 lbs.
- Boost children onto lift and assisting all guests onto lift, shovel snow; assistance is available for heavy lifting.
- Worksite can be up to 100% outside.
- Supervisory experience - preferred
