Description:
This is a supervisory position for the snowmaking function, with direct reports. Responsible for the safe and efficient production of qualilty snow, may also supervise summer construction/maintenance projects. Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance managenment/evaluations. Also fulfillls day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed and exhibits the highest level of expertise in all areas. This is an hourly position.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five seasons of experience in snowmaking
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work extended hours in alpine weather conditions
- Five years of supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills
