Job Details
The Human Resources Generalist supports the Operations Team. Duties include, but are not limited to, administration of benefits and compensation programs, data entry and maintenance of the HRIS system, process payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, compliance with ISO procedures, responding to unemployment insurance claims, and maintaining and updating personnel files.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Companys group health, dental, vision, life, 401k, and other benefit programs for the organization.
- Processing payroll weekly.
- Compliance with ISO procedures.
- Maintain and update personnel files for active and inactive team members.
- Respond to unemployment insurance claims.
- Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual review.
- Ensure accurate roster of contract associates is maintained
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- High school with related associate degree preferred.
Training
- Trained in Computer software systems.
Skills
- Written and verbal skills required.
Experience
- 1 3 Years Human Resources experience. Prefer experience in benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, training records, and employment and recruiting.
Nonessential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power point is preferred.
- Familiarity with Paycom is desired.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll.
- Demonstrated experience working with confidential information.
- Experience with a human resource information system desired.
