Position Summary:

The Detailer position is responsible for the daily cleaning of the building which includes shop, office, and motor coaches. Detailers are also responsible for the upkeep of the outside of the building and landscaping. This position is Full Time, the schedule includes days, nights, & weekends depending on the bus schedule. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that is able to have a diverse schedule every week.

Compensation and Benefits:

Detailer Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and detailing motorcoaches.
• Maintain daily upkeep and cleaning of restrooms and office areas.
• Cleaning of the shop areas such as daily degreasing/sanitizing the mechanics computer areas, sweeping and mopping the floors.
• Cleaning the fuel pump, picking up trash around dumpsters and property and watering plants and shrubbery as needed.
• Wash bus supplies as needed.
• Refill vehicle fluids as needed. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
• Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
• Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices.
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit.  
• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
