What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Communicating with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Leading project meetings and managing documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to run ground-up and/or renovation projects (retail, office, mixed-use, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
