About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Hanover, VA. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans while proactively mitigating risks.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, RFI processes, and job costing.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure top performance and accountability.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
