Commercial Project Manager – Multi-Family & Commercial Construction
Are you an experienced Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in multi-family and commercial construction? We are working with a reputable and growing General Contractor who is actively looking to hire a high-performing PM to join their dynamic team.
This company has an excellent pipeline of upcoming work across ground-up commercial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, and large multi-family projects, and they are known for quality, safety, and delivering projects on time.
🔨 What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (ranging from $5M to $30M )
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and internal teams to drive timely delivery
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multi-family construction
- Strong understanding of ground-up and design-build project delivery
- Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, COs, and schedules
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
