Classification: Part-Time (3 hours/week - Sunday mornings), Non-Exempt

Role:
To guide, direct, and assist in the weekly set up and take down of the Westonka Campus.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and assist in the weekly set-up and take-down tasks
· Assist in moving “portable church” trailers to and from the trailer lot
· Provide guidance and direction of volunteers
· Visually inspect and confirm thoroughness of the set up and take down process
· Use good communication skills to interact with church guests, volunteers, and staff to promote a positive work environment
· Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
· Someone who lives a life that honors God in heart, actions, and relationships, with the goal of becoming more like Jesus
· Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach
· Physically able to lift 25 pounds and push wheeled storage carts of over 100 pounds
· Ability to assist in keeping the church facilities clean and orderly
· Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
· Attention to detail
· Willing to learn, flexible and able to multi-task
· Ability to relate to other Westwood staff and church attenders at large
· Endorse and support Westwood’s Statement of Faith
