Pay Range: $17–$20/hour

Work Schedule: Approx. 12–15 hours/week, flexible during standard business hours

Contract Duration: Through Thanksgiving (potential for extension)

Job Summary:

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Part-Time Gift Cards Assistant to support gift card and prepaid ticket operations for a corporate client in Plano, TX. This is a temporary role with flexible hours, ideal for someone polished, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Candidates must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill digital and physical gift card and prepaid ticket orders.
• Monitor gift card inbox for orders, customer requests, and internal team questions.
• Escalate customer service issues as needed.
• Reconcile order data and generate basic reports for accounting and internal stakeholders.
• Support the department with administrative tasks as needed.
• Distribute digital and print assets to various departments via email and online tools.
• Assist with content updates to e-gift offerings.
• Research and log competitor promotions to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work onsite at the Plano, TX office.
• Flexible availability during business hours; preference for morning shifts (starting ~9:00–9:30 AM).
• Experience in marketing, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and general office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional, friendly, and proactive personality.
