As a Sr Director UX, you are responsible for
Responsibilities:
- Designing and structuring product interfaces, including layout, style, and components.
- Translating user processes into clear and functional user interfaces and navigation flows.
- Conducting user research, including customer visits, lab testing, task analysis, and satisfaction surveys, to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Presenting usability findings and recommendations to project teams and senior leadership.
- Developing and maintaining UI standards and style guides.
- Modifying prototypes based on user feedback and write final design specifications, ensuring usability and cost efficiency.
- Ensuring interfaces are intuitive, modern, and consistent across products.
- Leading multiple teams of managers and senior professionals to achieve operational and functional goals.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the discipline and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Developing departmental plans and policies, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy.
- Delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced, and regulatory-driven environments.
