Primary duties include the following:
· Answering the Main Sales Line
· Intake and organization of inventory in the Culpeper office
· Handling mail for Culpeper office / scanning and sending to other departments when necessary
· Deposit checks in bank for Accounting
· Assisting in scrubbing lists for Marketing
· Being admin for our Strategic Account Manager
· Sending out meeting recaps
· Pulling reports for SBRs
· Calendar and email management
· Sending out Materials for Marketing
· Sending out handwritten thank you cards for Sales, Account Management, and Marketing
· Overall managing the Client Management Spreadsheet
Secondary duties include the following:
· Assist CEO as requested
· Assist other Account Managers as requested
· Keep Culpeper office organized
· Keep Culpeper office/team supplies at minimum levels
· Create documents when needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent
