One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Front Desk Agents to join the team.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for performing all Guest Services related functions including, but not limited to, greeting & registering guests, answering guest inquiries, making & modifying guest reservations, providing outstanding guest service during their stay & settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
Full and Part Time positions available. Must be available to work flexible schedule including holidays & weekends. Knowledge of SMS Host & Microsoft Office desirable. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent time management & problem-solving skills. Must possess a valid driver's license & clean driving record. High School graduate or equivalent.
