Commercial Lending Assistant

The Lending Assistant will assist with loan documentation, processing, closing and monitoring.

Commercial Lending Assistant Job Summary

Pay: $65k-$70k

Shifts Available: Monday through Friday

• 8am to 4:30pm
• Assist lenders in procuring documentation and information essential to loan application
• Review approval for accuracy
• Assist lenders with providing superior customer service
• Engage attorney or doc prep to prepare documents for closing
• Act as a liaison with attorneys and lenders and coordinate closing dates
• Obtain all necessary insurances and ensure sufficient coverage requirements
• Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy
• Clear any documentation exceptions
• Prepare commitment letters when required
• Disburse loan proceeds at closing
• Prepare booking packages-post closing
  
  

Commercial Lending Assistant Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 3 years of lending assistant or loan processor experience
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and C-I loan documentation
