Overview
A highly respected national labor and employment law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for its Grand Rapids, Michigan office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to focus on management-side employment law while gaining deep exposure to litigation, compliance counseling, and employer training.
Associates in this role work closely with experienced partners on high-impact employment matters, represent employers before courts and agencies, and advise clients proactively to prevent disputes. The position offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and long-term growth within a nationally dominant employment law platform. This role is actively interviewing and rarely opens at this level.

Key Responsibilities
• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and discrimination claims
• Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations
