Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on employment based immigration matters.

• Prepare and file H 1B, L 1, O 1, EB 1, and other visa petitions.

• Oversee the PERM labor certification process, including recruitment efforts.

• Assist with J 1 waiver applications and other specialized immigration filings.

• Conduct legal research, draft persuasive legal memoranda, and provide strategic advice.

• Represent clients in USCIS interviews, immigration court, and appellate matters.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with immigration laws.

• Work closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve case objectives.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

• 3–10 years of experience in immigration law with a focus on employment based matters.

• Proven ability to handle complex and high volume caseloads successfully.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive petitions and briefs.

• Excellent client service orientation and communication skills.
