Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RBT to join our team of professionals in Memphis that has Afternoon Availability. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs
Implement ABA therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure effective treatment plans
Support clients in developing new skills and behaviors
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or related fields
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including evenings and weekends
Compensation:
Competitive weekly salary range: $20 - $25
Increases after 3 months
$150 Hiring Bonus
