Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and adaptive skills training
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
0 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients and their families
