Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- This position will provide will be accountable for ECM field return process
Typical task breakdown:
- Track incoming filed returns
- Complete initial analysis
- Send units to suppliers
- Update field return data according to the field return process
Interaction with team:
- Fast paced environment
- MS Teams, Email
- Platform and technical leads
- Quality contacts with primary Suppliers
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics/ computer engineering
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Including internship and project related experiences
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of electronic circuit
- Data analysis
Soft Skills
- Must have a great customer service attitude as most interactions are with our product development groups.
- Must be able to manage individual tasks without direct oversight.
- Good communication skills
