This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that make students think, "I didn't realize I was capable of that!" From public speaking to entrepreneurial thinking, you'll deliver practical skills that energize learners.
- Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them.
- Fostering student achievement: Apply proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches challenging academic and personal objectives.
- Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to create rewards and incentives that fuel intrinsic excellence.
- Conventional teaching: Leave behind chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students leverage advanced apps to master fundamental subjects—your function is to mentor, inspire, and enhance their educational experience.
- Disciplining: We reject punishment-based approaches. Instead, you'll employ reasoning and positive reinforcement to build a respectful, stimulating environment.

- Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation support is provided.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Experience applying a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
- High level of energy and a desire to elevate others.
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
