This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never realized I was capable of this!" Covering topics from public speaking to entrepreneurial thinking, you'll deliver practical competencies that motivate.
- Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish meaningful goals and develop the mental framework to achieve them.
- Supporting student achievement: Apply tested frameworks to ensure each student reaches ambitious academic and developmental objectives.
- Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to establish reward systems and incentive structures that encourage independent pursuit of excellence.
- Conventional instruction: Leave behind chalkboards and traditional lectures. At Alpha, students utilize advanced applications to master fundamental subjects—your function is to mentor, motivate, and enhance their educational experience.
- Administering discipline: Punishment is not part of our approach. Instead, you'll employ reasoning and positive motivation to maintain a respectful, stimulating atmosphere.

- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
