Head of Production

Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Production to lead and oversee the production process in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production operations run efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules
• Manage and lead production teams to meet production targets and goals
• Monitor and analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that all production activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
• Oversee the development, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Implement integrated management systems to improve quality and safety
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 10 years of experience in production management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with development, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with integrated management systems
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills
