GB area - Customer Account Specialist - A/R, accounting exp

Our client is a manufacturing company in Green Bay looking for someone to work at their corporate office. They are a multi-division company and have been a leader in their industry for over 100 years!

Responsibilities

• Daily sales order entry
• Communicate with Sales and Inventory Control regarding product availability
• Address customer EDI transactions
• Handle customer communication through various customer portals along with customer inquiries
• Invoicing
• Post cash receipts
• Enter debit and credit memos
• Daily sales reporting and past due reporting
• Business to Business customer collections

General Information

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $20/hour-$22/hour

• Must have 1 year accounting experience working with accounts receivables
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Word and Excel knowledge
• Great Plains software knowledge is a plus
• Detailed and accurate
