Our client is a third generation, family-owned business. They are a family focused business in the transportation industry. Located in the Green Bay area, they are looking to add a go-getter to their team who is looking for a career with the company.

Responsibilities

• Find and call carriers to move freight
• Understand available loads that need to be scheduled
• Take incoming calls from carriers asking to take loads posted on the website
• Handle any problems or issues that may arise
• Negotiate and price loads

General Information

Hours: Full time, company is flexible to working 7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday

• Will work 7:00am-4:00pm for the first few weeks for training
  
  

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience potential team profitability bonuses
