Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the sales of floral hardgoods to new and existing customers (in person and on the phone) while providing exceptional customer service.
Hours: Monday 6:30am–4:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm, Friday 7:30am–12pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay: $16/hour eligible for commission once hired permanently

Responsibilities

- Outbound sales phone calls and in person customer visits as requested
- Pull floral supply orders for delivery, invoice, and pack outbound hardgoods
- Pre-sell promotions, specials, and everyday hardgoods products to customers
- Design, create, and organize silk floral displays
- Ensure accurate inventory levels including conducting inventory counts as needed
- Purchasing of hard goods items (buyer)
- Maintain supply department ensuring an organized clean and tidy work area
- Assist other staff with orders

- 1 year of Customer Service experience required
- Floral industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong people skills to build rapport with customers
- Able to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
- Valid drivers license, transportation and proof of insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience working in Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
