Education / Experie
- nce:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experie
- nce.3–5 years of progressive experience supporting multi-state payroll operations, including payroll tax and garnishment administrat
ion.
Required Skills and Experi
- ence:Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, including wage and hour compliance, payroll tax requirements, taxable benefits, and final pay r
- ules.Advanced understanding of gross-to-net payroll calculat
- ions.Experience with computerized payroll and timekeeping sys
- tems.Demonstrated ability to improve payroll processes and train others on updated proced
