Our healthcare client is seeking an ERP Training Analyst with a strong focus on end-user training, enablement, and ERP education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences and supporting users in a large, complex healthcare environment.
As part of the ISD Training Administration team, you will design and deliver training, develop learning materials, support system adoption, and partner with operational and IT stakeholders to ensure teams are confident and equipped to use key ERP applications effectively.
This contract position will require on-site travel and this individual must be LOCAL to Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training for ERP applications.
- Create training materials, job aids, workflows, test scripts, and learning plans tailored to diverse user groups.
- Assess training needs and user access requirements; maintain accurate documentation and curriculum.
- Provide ongoing application support to optimize end-user experience.
- Translate customer needs into practical system solutions and enhancements.
- Develop simple to moderately complex reports, queries, or tools using PC development methods.
- Participate in problem-solving, identify system issues, and provide recommendations.
- Serve as a resource to users, delivering excellent customer service and guidance.
- Collaborate with business leaders, operations, and IT teams to ensure high-quality learning programs.
- Contribute to organizational goals and support department initiatives.
- Experience delivering training and supporting education across large corporate information systems.
- Working knowledge of application support, development tools, and methodologies.
- 2 years of experience in system analysis, building, testing, or implementation within healthcare management information systems (preferred).
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into functional system solutions.
