Our healthcare client in the NYC area is seeking a Project Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity with extensions. This consultant will be expected to be fully onsite.

Job Description
- Possess management experience, encompassing personnel, program, project, and budget development.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of IT general application and computer control objectives based on industry standards.
- Coordinate the End User Devices and needs of the project.
- Collaborate with all key members to ensure that deployment deliverables are met within the specified timeframe.
- Accurately and promptly record deployment checklists, documentation, release forms, asset information, work logs, and other project activities in the appropriate system, including the date, time, activity summaries, workforce members, and all required data elements to ensure accurate tracking and recording of the Projects.
- Requires travel to the various facilities located within the five boroughs.
- When restoration activities exceed the established scope, escalate the issue within the End User Innovations team for resolution.
- May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed.
- 8-10 years’ experience in IT Program Mgmt.
- Management experience, including people, program, project and budget creation is required.
- Prior healthcare experience is required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preferred.
- A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience, with Bachelors or Masters degrees preferred.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.
