Position: Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $21.50 /hourly
Location: Elk Grove, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records and documents
- Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, as well as safety admin duties
