Accounting Manager – Real Estate | West Los Angeles (Hybrid)
$130K–$145K base discretionary bonus | Hybrid: Mon–Wed in office

What You’ll Do:
- Lead property development accounting for a growing real estate portfolio
- Manage monthly close, reporting, and financial packages (internal lenders)
- Interpret complex lease terms, CAM reconciliations, and tenant chargebacks
- Oversee fixed assets, construction-in-progress, and intercompany activity
- Support budgets, forecasts, 1031 exchanges, and tax/treasury deliverables
- Mentor junior team members and drive improvements in Yardi and Excel
What You’ll Bring:
- 5–8 years of real estate accounting experience (commercial/development)
- 2 years of team leadership
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred, not required)
- Advanced Excel strong GAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (multi-module experience a plus)
- Experience with CAM, intercompany transactions, and lender reporting
- Public accounting background (Big 4 or mid-tier) is a plus
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and process
