A fast-growing, private equity-backed organization in the healthcare space is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its centralized finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment and gain exposure across all areas of the business including M&A, growth strategy, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present high-quality financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with leadership to drive financial performance and EBITDA growth.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, including multi-site budget models.
- Assist with long-term strategic planning and board presentations.
- Provide analysis for special projects including ROI, M&A, investor materials, and working capital.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking (1 year in FP&A).
- Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
