A growing and stable industry leader in the Salinas area is seeking an AP/Payroll Coordinator. This role will have the opportunity to support 2 leaders and learn about the Design, Construction and Property Management industries.
Job Duties:
Review timesheets and process payroll
Maintain accurate payroll records
Process invoices, post to the G/L, ensuring proper job coding
Perform reconciliations
Requirements:
3 years AP and payroll experience
Experience in the Construction or Property Management industry
Experience using Sage
