- Primary Skills: Experience creating user-focused concepts and end-to-end journeys, ensuring all designs are aligned to brand guidelines and the established design system, communicating design ideas, visual design skills, expert level fluency with Figma, agile software development, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Education: Bachelor’s in relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface, User Experience Design), or equivalent work experience
- Secondary Skill: Experience conducting Design Thinking exercises/workshops is a plus
- Job Role: The candidate will inspire their product team to integrate high-fidelity UX into current and future development efforts, lead the development of engaging, positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces for digital solutions, define the visual and interactive user experience for products, and champion the integration of the user experience team and these concepts.
