Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join its growing litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a senior litigator with a portable book of business who is looking to join a collaborative, full-service firm with strong institutional support and a high-quality client base.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm
- $1 million portable book of business required
- Target of 1,800 billable hours annually (flexible approach)
- Strong background in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, or related litigation matters
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of litigation clients
- Serve as lead counsel on complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
