The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct month-end journal entries for corporate and central functions including marketing, insurance, prepaids, debt, and others.
- Perform reconciliations for corporate accounts on the balance sheet.
- Aid in researching and implementing solutions for technical accounting matters.
- Analyze variances and take proactive measures for resolution if necessary.
- Foster connections with various departments to strengthen procedural efficiency and financial oversight.
- Enhance and streamline the process of consolidation and financial reporting.
- Contribute to maintaining the chart of accounts and account mapping.
- Assist in managing ERP and consolidation systems.
- Engage in diverse business processes, technological initiatives, and special projects.
- Support financial audits to ensure compliance with standard protocols.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date accounting records.
- Document protocols, procedures, and workflows for designated responsibilities.
- Provide assistance to the Consolidations Manager in reporting, consolidation, and other assigned tasks.
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field
- CPA
