Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the corporate Talent Acquisition team by managing high-volume interview scheduling and providing exceptional candidate care throughout the hiring process. This hybrid role, based at the San Rafael headquarters (minimum two days onsite), plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and high-touch candidate experience while supporting recruiting operations and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including logistics, travel arrangements, and onsite visit planning
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate smooth interview processes
- Post job openings to internal and external platforms
- Support recruiting team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3β5 years of high-volume administrative experience, ideally in recruiting or HR
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and calendaring tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
