Description
- Oversee the construction and installation of tilt-up concrete panels.
- Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, materials, and labor.
- Train and mentor construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication between the field and office teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of equipment and tools on-site.
