Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, including sitework, concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel, MEP, and finishes.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to meet project milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control throughout each phase.
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues proactively and maintain project momentum.
- Lead daily meetings, maintain clear site documentation, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.
Profile
- 5 years of superintendent experience managing tilt-wall, big box retail, or large industrial projects.
- Strong technical understanding of concrete tilt-wall systems, structural coordination, and large-scale site logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and oversee multiple trades simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
- Proficiency in construction technology (experience with Procore preferred).
- AVERAGE TENURE OF 3 YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
Job Offer
- $115,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
