Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs
- Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner
- Make outbound calls
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Attend training as provided and required for professional growth
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience 2 year preferred but not required
- HVAC CSR experience
- Enjoy a positive work environment
- Exceptional and positive communication skills
- Customer Service experience.
- Patience
- Good computer skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable working under pressure

Salary : $31,800 - $40,300
